I have used Heavens Best since I saw there was one to service The Villages (had used them before I moved here). I had my carpet cleaned yesterday and later in the day, the man who calls himself the Geek God came to help me with my computer. Jack was great! He did an excellent job and spent a lot of time on specific spots that my wife pointed out. He wasn't just in and out, he really spent a great deal of time and effort and it really showed.
